The Philadelphia Show 2024

The Philadelphia Show 2024 -Antiques, Art, Design took place April 25-28 under a huge tent on the East Terrace of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Over 40 dealers participated in the event, which featured fine antiques, art and design inspiration. Beside the high end superlative items we come to expect at such a prestigious show, there was the unexpected pleasure of discovering affordable pieces to suit any budget. The Philadelphia Show proceeds benefit the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s Learning and Engagement Division, a worthy cause. I recall, first hand, taking my young children to a Summer art appreciation program at the Museum. My children and I were impressed with the enthusiasm of the instructors and the depth of artistic engagement they shared, which has influenced my children to this day. Below are a few highlights from the Show.
